Keeping the string outside the body, insert the Kegel ball into the vagina by pushing gently but firmly and using a little water-based lubricant for comfort. The exerciser should be approximately 2cm inside the vagina.

Contract your vaginal muscles around the ball. Lift the basin and hold for 2-10 seconds. Relax your muscles so that the ball returns to the starting position and repeat. To remove the ball, relax your vaginal muscles, grab the string and pull the string slowly but firmly. If the exerciser does not come out easily, try sitting or lying down, relax your body, and repeat the removal instructions.
