Does My Skin Concept sell prescription medicines?
Yes. If you need to purchase a prescription medication, you must submit the request on the corresponding page, filling in the requested fields. After receiving the order, our team will contact you to confirm the order and payment, shipping/delivery, etc.
Is it mandatory to register on the website to make a purchase?
No, you can make the purchase as a guest. If you create your purchase, you will always have access to your order history and the order exchange and return platform.
How do I receive an invoice for my purchase?
After payment confirmation, your invoice is issued and sent together with the order.
Can I receive my order at a different address than the billing address?
Yes, at checkout you have the option to differentiate the delivery address from the billing address.
