What payment methods are available?

We want payment to be made in the way that is most convenient for you. Therefore, you can choose to pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, MB WAY and Multibanco.

What is the delivery time?

Shipments are made within 24/48 business hours following purchase. Orders placed and paid for by 12 noon are normally shipped the same day.

After dispatch, delivery time is:

• Mainland Portugal: Up to 1 business day;
• Madeira and Azores: Up to 10 working days.

The delivery deadlines presented are those that are contracted, and can be achieved if there are no unforeseen events. However, they may vary depending on the existence of constraints that are beyond our control, such as, for example, a high number of deliveries by the carrier (common at times like Black Friday or Christmas), adverse weather conditions or constraints with the address or recipient. .

What is the shipping cost?

The cost of each shipment is calculated for each order, and depends on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. Shipping is free for orders over 35 euros.
