Arthrodont Toothpaste - 75ml

Chew one tablet for 30 seconds. Pass it between your teeth with your tongue. Rinse your mouth to remove any excess. The tablet will stain the old plaque blue and the new plaque red. The red areas are areas where you occasionally forget to brush, and the blue areas are areas where you often don't brush.
Remember which areas these are and make a special effort to brush them from now on. Brush your teeth thoroughly to remove all the dye.
