Exchanges & Returns

Our mission is to provide the customer with an excellent shopping experience. For this reason, the exchange and return policy for orders placed at My Skin Concept was designed to be simple and quick.

After receiving the order, the customer has 14 working days to exchange/return it. Products that are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging are accepted. 

All questions related to the order should be reported to My Skin Concept via email hello@myskinconcept.com. Problems related to the product's content must be reported directly to the brand/manufacturer. 

After a response from our team, the customer has 5 working days to send the product to My Skin Concept, under the conditions described above and accompanied by the invoice.

Upon receipt of the order for exchange/return, if everything is in order, the product to be exchanged is sent on the next business day (except stock outages) or the amount is refunded via bank transfer within the same period. The customer will be notified as soon as a new order is sent or the amount has been credited.
