We know you want to receive your order as quickly as possible!

My Skin Concept undertakes to process your order within a maximum period of 2 business days after receiving your order and payment, unless stock is out of stock or force majeure event. In cases of stock outages or force majeure events, this information will be transmitted to the customer via the product page and the order will be processed as soon as the previously described conditions are exceeded, unless the customer exercises their option to terminate the contract. .

We ship all available products within 1 to 3 working days after confirming payment for the order. We try to ensure that orders placed and paid for by 1pm are shipped the same day. After that, our partner carriers take care of the delivery. Times may be longer during times of high volume of orders, such as Christmas and festive seasons. We indicate the delivery time commitment of our partner logistics operators.

Island Portugal: €3.45
Europe and rest of the world: This information must be checked directly in the shopping cart. It will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the country of destination.
