How to use?
Turn on your Kegel exerciser by pressing the O button; the exercise routine will automatically start after 30 seconds. Insert the device fully into the vagina, keeping the removal cord out of the body for easier removal after your workout. You will feel a series of 3 quick vibrations that will signal the beginning of the exercise routine.
The exercise has only 2 steps:
- When you feel the vibration, lift the pelvis and tighten the pelvic muscles, hold the contraction for the duration of the vibration;
- When the vibration stops, release your pelvic muscles and rest.
