EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our mission is to provide the customer with an excellent shopping experience. For this reason, the exchange and return policy for orders placed at My Skin Concept was designed to be simple and quick.

After receiving the order, the customer has 14 working days to exchange/return it after taking possession of the item, as recorded by the shipper's tracking service.

We know that a mistake is possible and we always want customer satisfaction. The packaging must be intact, without any type of damage and be returned together with the purchase invoice. Returns of intimate or damaged products will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for this return will be borne by the customer. The value of your purchase will be refunded using the agreed payment option.

Shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.

All order related issues should be reported to My Skin Concept at shop@myskinconcept.com or mobile 910735773.

To begin the return process, the customer must request the return form via email. Problems related to product content must be reported directly to the brand/manufacturer.

After a response from our team, the customer has 5 working days to send the product to My Skin Concept, under the conditions described above and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

Upon receipt of the request for exchange/return, if everything is in order, the product to be exchanged will be sent on the next business day (unless stock runs out) or the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum period of 28 days. . The customer will be notified via email as soon as a new order has been shipped or the amount has been credited.

In the event of a mistake on our part, all costs will be borne by you.

If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by My Skin Concept.

All of our products are 100% genuine and certified by INFARMED, with My Skin Concept being an authorized reseller of all brands available on the website.
