What are the payment methods available?
We want payment to be made in the way that is most convenient for you. Therefore, you can choose to pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, MB WAY and Multibanco.
What is the delivery time?
Shipments are made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed and paid for before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day.
After dispatch, the delivery time is:
- Mainland Portugal: Up to 1 business day;
- Madeira and Azores: Up to 15 working days.
The delivery times presented are those that are contracted, which can be carried out if there are no unforeseen events. However, they may vary depending on the existence of constraints that are unrelated to us, such as, for example, a high number of deliveries by the carrier (frequent at times such as Black Friday or Christmas), adverse weather conditions or constraints with the address or recipient .
What is the shipping cost?
The cost of each shipment is calculated for each order and depends on the total weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Shipping is free for orders over 35 euros.
