Children from 1 to 3 years old: 1 coffee spoon (2.5 ml) a day, preferably with a meal.
Children 4 to 12 years of age: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, preferably with a meal.
Children from 12 years of age: 1 dessert spoon (10 ml) a day, preferably with a meal.
