Fold: Spread the opening with the high rim facing forward. Then simply roll your glass up.
Insert: As you would with a tampon, angle your vaginal cup toward your tailbone and insert it by pushing upward until the removal rod is inside your body. The high rim of the vaginal cup should be located on the back wall of the vagina.
